Welcome to Bij Aquamarijn, our own little piece of Drenthe! We are Leon and Wilco, and we look forward to welcoming you to our charming farmhouse in Stieltjeskanaal, near Coevorden. Here you can enjoy the peace, space, and beautiful countryside that make Southeast Drenthe such a wonderful destination.

Whether you are planning a relaxing weekend away, a longer holiday, or a stopover during a walking or cycling tour, we have an accommodation to suit your needs. All of our accommodations are named after gemstones, each with its own unique character:

During the camping season, you are also welcome to stay at our cosy mini campsite with your tent, caravan, or small motorhome. For extra comfort, private sanitary facilities can be reserved with your camping pitch, subject to availability.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, we are happy to serve a delicious breakfast and dinner in our cosy farmhouse.

The surrounding area is perfect for walking and cycling, offering beautiful nature, picturesque villages, and plenty of historical and cultural attractions. Nearby you will also find popular destinations such as Wildlands Adventure Zoo, a tropical swimming pool, Plopsaland, wellness facilities, and scenic canal cruises. At the bottom of this website, you will find an overview of all local activities, conveniently organised by category.

Are you walking or cycling the famous Pieterpad trail? We offer special packages, including a convenient pick-up and drop-off service.

Dogs are very welcome at Bij Aquamarijn. Please note that, unfortunately, dogs are not permitted in our Bed & Breakfast rooms or our rental tents.
